Acupressure, reflexology, marma and fascia therapies are all holistic practices that aim to promote the natural healing of the body. These practices are rooted in the same belief:

the body is interconnected, and that blockages in one part of the body can affect the entire system.

In Western medicine, there is a growing recognition of the importance of understanding the body's interconnectedness, particularly through the fascial and neural network. Fascia is a web-like network of connective tissue that surrounds and connects all the body's structures. Acupressure, Marma therapy, and reflexology all aim to stimulate specific points or zones on the body to relieve tension, increase circulation, and promote healing. Similarly, fascial therapies aim to release tension and adhesions within the fascial network to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall health.

The use of sadhu nail boards can complement these therapies by providing an additional way to stimulate these points and release tension in the body. It can also be used as a form of self-care and as a way to promote relaxation and mindfulness. Incorporating the use of sadhu nail boards into a holistic wellness practice can be beneficial in promoting overall health and well-being.
